With SAF Developments, the experience was on a personal level. Our needs were heard and met. The company director was courteous and professional, and most of all he has a “can do” attitude to any problems. Unlike others, if a design feature proved to be difficult, it would not be considered. If a variation was requested throughout the project, we did not need to worry about the details, it was taken care of promptly at a very reasonable price.
At no stage did we feel our concerns were not being heard and acted upon. It was very obvious that SAF Developments pride themselves on their quality and workmanship, they would oversee any issues which arose personally to ensure we were satisfied.
